This Workshop will give you practical tools to prevent, diagnose and address the causes of performance and behaviour problems at work.
Relevance:
Managing unacceptable performance and behaviour is often the single biggest challenge for team leaders, supervisors and managers - especially when there's a history of failure to manage or failed management!
Unmanaged, or poorly managed problems just get worse - they become institutionalised, reduce productivity, increase turnover of good people and infect the workplace with low morale and motivation, frustration and stress.
Objectives:
In this workshop you will1. Identify the common causes of unacceptable performance & behaviour
2. Prevent the conditions under which performance & behaviour problems are likely to thrive.
3. Provide, and practice using, a practical framework for diagnosis and action.
4. Provide, and practice using, a toolkit of effective & ethical interventions to close the gap
between wanted & actual performance & behaviour.5. Diagnose the causes and develop an intervention plan for YOUR specific case(s) .
